Sour Salt

Sour and salty, a perfect way to add citrusy zing to foods that usually like a squeeze of lemon or a splash of vinegar. Try replacing the lemon wedge on your salmon with a pinch of sour salt. Instead of balsamic vinegar on green salad or kale, use a dash of this salt. Sour salt also works great on tomato bruschetta as a vinegar replacement.
